Chocolate Cake

This chocolate cake is simply delicious.  It is so good it will have your guests begging for more!

Ingredients

• 1 cup cocoa powder

• 1 cup boiling water

• 1 cup softened butter

• 2 1/2 cup white sugar

• 2 tsp vanilla

• 4 eggs

• 3 cups flour

• 2 tsp baking soda

• 1/2 tsp baking powder

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 cup sour cream

Directions

• In a small bowl dissolve cocoa powder and boiling water, set aside to cool

• In mixing bowl cream butter, vanilla and sugar until it is light and fluffy

• Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition

• In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients and mix together

• Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream

• Add cocoa mixture and blend well

• Bake at 350F for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean
